My Integral Essentials – Apple Cider Vinegar

This evening my body was still aching from the day of chores and garden work. As I drew a steamy hot bath to clean up, I dumped some of my new hair conditioning rinse into the running water. My senses were overcome with the calming scent of roses and I knew that sweet relief was on the way!

I have used this method with Apple Cider Vinegar for pain management over the last few years. I have found many natural remedies/treatments since ending decades of suffering on opiates, numerous other prescriptions, and Over-the-Counter medications. The long list of sickening side effects, and dependence had taken their toll over the years, making me willing to try basically ANYTHING!

I had a magnified pain level after an Adverse Delayed Reaction to antibiotics and Protracted Withdrawal from pharmaceutical medications. The damage to my entire nervous system came with many torments, I had developed extreme tendinitis, neuropathy, and muscle/bone pain that raged throughout my body, like a constant fire. After researching, I decided to try soaking in hot vinegar water, and the results were an immediate relief!

Along with its many medicinal benefits, I have also found many other uses for Apple Cider Vinegar, such as a versatile infection medication, sanitizing disinfectant, garden fertilizer, bug repellent, produce rinse, deodorant, hair conditioner, on and on!

Apple cider vinegar is made from the fermenting sugars of apples, the active ingredient in vinegar is acetic acid. The benefits of come from it’s healing compounds, including acetic acid, potassium, magnesium, enzymes and probiotics.

Here is a link you can follow to an amazingly comprehensive wellness recipe for Fire Cider, perfect for the upcoming cold and flu season! Draxe, Health Line, and the Cleveland Clinic also have some great information on apple cider vinegar.

Recently, I have been experimenting with making a rose infused as a new hair and body rinse. The smell and healing sensations are luscious and lasting! Try  a rose vinegar, learn it’s uses, and see other ways to use vinegar for the hair

I love embracing the simplicity that good health and healing is possible when aligned with Mother Nature.

I feel that a good sign of clean living is when your pantry is safe for cleaning and consumption, a truly Conscious Cabinet. The possibilities are endless, even better in its raw organic form this a safe alternative for our home, health, and planet!
